About the Role
As a Fundraising Manager, you will have overall responsibility for raising funds from new and existing individual donors, with a specific focus on small donations (including all monthly donors and all donations under 10,000 SEK). You will lead donor acquisition via digital channels and together with the team cultivate relationships with existing donors through email and SMS communication.
You will be part of a dynamic team working with fundraising, marketing, and communications on the Swedish market. The role is based at our headquarters in Hammarby Sjöstad in Stockholm and reports to the Communication and Policy Director. The position is a parental leave replacement for 10 months, starting 6 August 2025 and ends 31 May 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the acquisition of new monthly donors and one-time donors.
- Plan and run Kvinna till Kvinna’s advertising in social media.
- Develop and produce content for social media ads, email, and SMS, including imagery, and copywriting.
- Develop fundraising activities via email and SMS for existing donors in collaboration with the person in charge of CRM-loyalty.
- Develop and manage fundraising activities for the emergency fund.
- Track and analyse revenue and expenses to ensure alignment with budget goals.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- Relevant higher education in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
- Experience in fundraising, with a focus on digital channels and small donors, preferably in a non-profit setting.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including paid social.
- Hands on experience with platforms such as Meta ads manager, Adoveo, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce/AXSP or similar CRM-system.
- Experience in budgeting, planning, and financial accountability.
- Proficiency in analytics tools to measure and report results (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM tools).
- Strong writing and communication skills in Swedish for creating compelling donor content across email, SMS, and advertising in social media.
- Proven ability to develop and execute donor acquisition and retention strategies.
- Track record in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), such as new monthly donor acquisitions and fundraising results via SMS and email.

We have a hybrid work arrangement with the option to work remotely up to 50% of the time. Average weekly work hours are 37,5 hours. We offer wellness time during working hours and wellness allowance.
Type of Employment: this is a full-time position, substitute employment, lasting until 31 May 2026.
