At the HR and security department, we work to support and encourage all staff and managers. We aim for a good and inspiring workplace. For us it is important that all employees have an opportunity to develop and thrive in the workplace. Our responsibilities are also to safeguard Kvinna till Kvinna’s organisational policies, processes and systems. We continuously work to develop and manage safety regulations and measures both in the office space as well as during travels. The department is based at the head office in Stockholm.
