The Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation has defended women’s rights since 1993. Today, we are one of the world’s leading women’s rights organisations.
We work in war-torn countries in the Middle East & North Africa, sub-Saharan Africa, Europe and the South Caucasus, where we support more than 100 brave partner organisations. Together, we strengthen women’s influence and power, end violence against women and promote human rights.

The full process consists of one competency-based interview and a second interview to dive deeper in your personality, our ways of working and review questions from the first interview.
