The Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation has defended women’s rights since 1993. Today, we are one of the world’s leading women’s rights organisations.
We work in war-torn countries in the Middle East & North Africa, sub-Saharan Africa, Europe and the South Caucasus, where we support more than 100 brave partner organisations. Together, we strengthen women’s influence and power, end violence against women and promote human rights.

When you have applied for an open position at Kvinna till Kvinna and have been selected as a fitting candidate, you will be contacted and invited to an interview with the recruiting manager. The full process consists of one competency-based interview and a second interview to dive deeper in your personality, our ways of working and review questions from the first interview. We at Kvinna till Kvinna highly respect the interest all applicants show to our organisation and therefore we treat them with respect and professionalism. We strive to hire co-workers that have the right competence for the position. At the end of the process all applicants that participated in an interview are contacted by phone or mail, either by the recruitment officer or the immediate manager.
