1.     What keeps you motivated to work at Kvinna till Kvinna?

The variety of tasks and topics. I enjoy that the work is diverse and that I get the opportunity to engage with different issues, contexts, and people. It keeps me learning and makes every day different.

2.     How have you grown during your time at Kvinna till Kvinna?

Over the past five years, I have grown significantly in both my role and responsibilities. I started as a Programme Officer and have since progressed to Programme Manager. I now manage two different contexts, which has strengthened my ability to coordinate, analyse, make decisions, and work across different environments.

3.     Can you share a moment from Kvinna till Kvinna that has stayed with you the most?

Working with women human rights defenders is always inspiring. Their courage, commitment, and resilience continue to leave a strong impression on me. Being able to accompany and support them in their work is one of the most meaningful aspects of my role.

4.     What advice would you give to someone considering applying to join Kvinna till Kvinna?

I would encourage them to apply if they are passionate about human rights and committed to supporting women’s rights and gender equality. Kvinna till Kvinna is a place where you can learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful work while working alongside inspiring colleagues and partners.
