The Kvinna till Kvinna Foundation has defended women’s rights since 1993. For every woman’s right to be safe and to be heard. Today we are one of the world’s leading women’s rights organisations, working directly in areas affected by war and conflict to strengthen women’s influence and power. We work closely together with over 100 local partner organisations across 20 countries to end violence against women, reach lasting peace, and close the gender gap once and for all. About the internship
You will take part in the day-to-day work of the HR team and have a designated supervisor. You will be part of our supporting team and will have contact with our employees and managers.
Key tasks may include:
- Work in close cooperation with the HR team and our people in the different HR processes and activities
- Support to recruitment process (screening, interview coordination of meetings, advertisement, etc.)
- Support in HR administration
- Work with digitalisation of our introduction program and onboarding project
- Contribute to updating HR documents and policys

About you
We believe that you are self-driven, people-oriented and creative with high intergrity. You enjoy working in a team and have a genuine interest in HR while contributing to strenthening women's rights. If you are passionate about development & sharing your learnings, then you will come to the right team!
You need to have
- Studies in HR, business management or other relevant educational background with a strong interest in HR
- Good writing & interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English

- Understanding of HR processes and tools
- Understanding of Swedish Labour law
- Digital skills, e.g. Microsoft programmes and e-learning platforms
Terms & conditions
The internship is unpaid, on a full-time basis, and covers approximately 20 weeks, during the spring semester of 2025.
We prefer that you are looking for an internship as part of your current studies or labour market programme, where you receive reimbursement from CSN or other state funds. If this does not apply to you, you need to mention how your internship is funded.
We will sign an internship agreement and you will have insurance for the duration of your internship.
The internship is based at the head office in Stockholm, but we combine office work with working remotely.
