REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) – PROVISION OF LEGAL SERVICES

1. Background

Kvinna Till Kvinna is seeking to prequalify and engage the services of a suitably qualified and experienced individual consultant to provide legal advisory services. The selected individual consultant will support the organization in matters relating to corporate law, contract review, compliance, dispute resolution, intellectual property, employment law, etc.

2. Scope of Services

The legal services required may include, but are not limited to:

• Providing legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.

· Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.

· Advising on compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

· Supporting corporate governance, risk management, and policy development initiatives.

3. Eligibility Criteria

Interested persons must demonstrate:

• Valid registration and license to practice law in Liberia.

• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.

• Proven track record in providing legal services to organizations of similar size and scope.

• Availability of qualified legal professionals with expertise in the required areas.

• No conflict of interest in undertaking the assignment.

4. Submission Requirements

Interested persons should submit:

• A cover letter expressing interest.

• Company profile/agent, including ownership and management structure.

• Details of relevant experience and references from at least three (3) clients.

• CVs of key legal professionals.

• Copies of registration and practicing licenses.

5. Submission Deadline

Expressions of Interest must be submitted in sealed envelopes or via email to the address below no later than June 20, 2026.
